Trump calls UK bankrupt and urges Andy Burnham to start North Sea drilling

Donald Trump claimed on Monday that Britain is currently bankrupt because the country does not exploit its natural resources. The US president spoke with Prime Minister Andy Burnham, who previously indicated he will take a pragmatic stance on North Sea oil.
