Trump authorises US firms to launch cyber attacks on criminals
US President Donald Trump has signed a new order, authorising American companies to conduct cyber operations targeting criminal organisations and hostile foreign states. The White House said this will use the private sector's innovation under government control. To take part, companies must keep a minimum of $1 million in a bond or escrow account.
