Tottenham Hotspur are pushing to agree terms with West Ham United midfielder Mateus Fernandes, potentially beating Manchester United to his signature. The 21-year-old is reportedly keen on a move to stay in the Premier League after West Ham’s relegation. West Ham wants about £80-85m for Fernandes, who scored five goals last season.
