An inquest heard that three-year-old Noah Woods, found dead in a pond, left a play area in Brantham through a gap in the fence. CCTV showed Noah, who was non-verbal and partially deaf, being looked after by a relative before he left the playground. His body was found by police divers in Decoy Pond on 16 September, after a major search involving 1,300 people.
