Three wild dog brothers completed Africa's longest mammal journey last year

Three endangered African wild dog brothers travelled over 2,500 miles across Zambia last year, setting a new record for the longest single journey by any mammal from the continent. Their "dispersal" journey, which saw them cover 340 miles from point to point, was made to find new territory and mates. Researchers say this epic journey shows wild dogs can still survive in human-dominated areas.
