The US Is Tripling Missile Production to Backfill Depleted Stockpiles

Manufacturing of another interceptor called THAAD will also quadruple, helping to rebuild American weapons stockpiles stretched by the Middle East and Ukraine. The US defence department reached the agreement with aerospace firms Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman on Monday to supply more components. Lockheed Martin secured a massive related contract last week that could be worth $58.6 billion to build the actual missiles.
