Thai PM promises stricter gun laws after school shooting kills eight

A shooting by a 14-year-old in Nonthaburi killed his grandparents and five teachers before he took his own life, with a student also dying later. Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul plans laws to stop people carrying firearms in public, allowing only on-duty government officials. Police said the legally registered gun belonged to the teenager's grandfather.
