Starmer orders inquiry after group paid 30,000 pounds

Sir Keir Starmer has directed the Cabinet Office to examine allegations regarding the think tank Labour Together. The group reportedly spent at least £30,000 commissioning APCO Worldwide to research a Sunday Times reporter's background. Opposition parties are demanding that minister Josh Simons, who authorised the work, step down while officials investigate. Sources claim the dossier contained personal details about the journalist’s Jewish faith and ideological views.
