New undercover footage shows Reform UK's suspended policy chief James Orr questioning whether huge gifts from billionaires Ben Delo and Christopher Harborne would survive a planned new cap on overseas donations. The men later gave the party £72m between them. Reform says it is completely confident the money is legal and will not be returned, while Orr, who remains suspended, has previously denied any wrongdoing.
