Starmer and Trump discussed military options to force open Hormuz
Keir Starmer confirmed he spoke to Donald Trump about military options for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, in the clearest signal yet that London and Washington are preparing coordinated force if diplomacy fails. The UK is leading a coalition of around 30 countries working on both diplomatic and military plans for the waterway. Starmer warned that reopening the strait 'will not be easy.'
