Spurs spend £185m on Tonali and Fernandes deals
Tottenham Hotspur plans to allocate a total of £185 million to acquire midfielders Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes, which would elevate their total summer expenditures to £237 million. Tonali's medical is anticipated to take place in London, following Spurs' agreement of a club-record deal with Newcastle, valued at up to £100 million. Fernandes has chosen Spurs over Manchester United, with an £85 million agreement reached with West Ham.
