Spain will move 500 migrant children from Ceuta to mainland
The Spanish government's decision to move 500 migrant children from Ceuta to the mainland is a U-turn after previously stating anyone entering illegally would be sent back. The youth ministry is creating an urgent plan with NGOs to care for the most vulnerable children, especially girls. The plan avoids transferring guardianship to regional governments, some of which oppose receiving their quota.
