Southampton kicked out of play-offs for spying

Southampton will miss out on a game worth at least £110m in Premier League revenue after being thrown out of the play-offs. The club admitted filming training sessions of three teams, including Middlesbrough, which led to their removal. They also received a four-point deduction for next season and a reprimand for multiple rule breaches.
