Southampton boss Eckert keeps job after spying scandal
Southampton's head coach, Tonda Eckert, will keep his job, even after the club was caught spying on rival Championship teams. Owner Dragan Solak said Eckert deserves a second chance, despite orchestrating a "determined plan" to observe opponents' training sessions. The club was expelled from the play-offs and also deducted four points for the 2026-27 season.
