Scottish GP walk-in clinics see very low attendance

Scotland's pilot GP walk-in clinics are seeing very low attendance, with just three patients a day at Dundee and four at Benbecula. The scheme, launched in October 2025 to cut early morning GP rushes, logged 6,792 visits at pilot sites between February and June. Lib Dem leader Alex Cole-Hamilton wants expansion paused, but Health Secretary Angela Constance says the scheme is still getting started.
