Russians withdraw billions from banks fearing government seizure for war funding

Russians are pulling out huge amounts of money from banks, worried the government might take it to fund the war in Ukraine. Almost $3.4 billion was taken out in the first two weeks of August, after $7.3 billion in July and over $4.5 billion in June.
