Russian drone kills 4, 3 children; Zelenskyy plans elections.
Ukraine’s leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy is set to outline a timetable for holding presidential elections and a nationwide vote on a future peace agreement, after reported encouragement from Washington. As the political push continues, a Russian drone attack in the Kharkiv area killed four people from the same family, three of them children. Separately, UK Defence Secretary John Healey said Britain will strengthen its Arctic posture, increasing the number of troops stationed in Norway to about 2,000 within the next three years amid rising pressure from Moscow.
