Russia wants 30,000 more North Korean troops, Ukraine says

Ukraine's military intelligence service indicates a North Korean missile contingent, possibly equipped with 120 ballistic missiles and half a dozen launchers, is being deployed to western Russia. According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's July statement, Russia sought an additional 30,000 North Korean soldiers and was preparing for their arrival in Voronezh.
