Russia issues arrest warrant for Telegram founder over 'terrorism' claims

Russia's Federal Security Service claims the messaging app failed to delete posts used by Ukrainian spies and extremist groups to plan attacks. Officials announced the international warrant on Wednesday, but neither the company nor its creator has responded to the allegations. Durov, who holds French and Emirati passports, is also facing a separate investigation in France over illegal behaviour on his app.
