Finland accuses Trump of taking Putin's side against Ukraine

Finland has criticised Donald Trump for siding with Russia's Vladimir Putin against Ukraine, saying there is "no logic" to it, Politico reports. Politico's related coverage says the Trump-Putin alliance, which it calls "terrible", threatens to strain the EU's resolve on Ukraine. A number of EU leaders are seeking to reignite the contentious debate about employing Russia's frozen assets to fund Ukraine's war efforts.
