Russia asks America if it helped Ukraine organise strikes on civilian targets
Sergei Lavrov, the country's foreign minister, wants to know if American intelligence data is being used to attack Russian territory. He told state television on Friday that Moscow is waiting for a reply and plans to aggressively destroy Western military supplies reaching Kyiv. Peace efforts have been stalled since February, when the American government entered a conflict with Iran.
