Russell Brand's Barrister Self-Refers After Court Clash

Russell Brand's defence barrister Ian Winter KC has reported himself to the Bar Standards Board after a Sunday Times journalist said he confronted her outside court following Thursday's guilty verdicts. Rosamund Urwin claimed Winter snarled, swore and said he hoped she was pleased with herself. Winter said those media accounts must face proper scrutiny. Brand was convicted of rape and three sexual assaults.
