EU Demands UK Halt Deporting European Offenders

Leaked EU papers ahead of this month's Brussels summit ask Britain to halt deportations of European offenders and pay into regional funds for electricity access, Sky News reported. Chris Philp called it a betrayal of common sense. A UK source said ministers would not agree. The draft has not been approved by member states. Burnham says the public will be boss on closer EU ties.
