Reform UK spokesman proposes 'new' illegal working law that already exists
Zia Yusuf, Reform UK's home affairs spokesman, proposed a "Deliveroo Law" on Thursday to stop firms employing immigrants illegally. He stated company directors could be jailed for up to five years for systemic illegal working or neglecting right-to-work checks. However, the government website and Home Office confirm these penalties already exist for bosses who break the law.
