Red Bull set to stay outside extra F1 engine development

Following a review of its first assessment period, the FIA isn't expected to alter its decision that Red Bull has Formula 1's strongest internal combustion engine, so it still won't qualify for extra development chances under the ADUO system. An official update is expected before the Belgian Grand Prix, with Ferrari already using its first upgrade opportunity.
