Record homes getting green energy to cut bills
Many British households are installing green energy systems to help reduce future costs, as energy bills are expected to rise by 18% from July. Leading energy suppliers report a significant jump in demand for solar panels, heat pumps, and electric vehicles since 28 February. For instance, British Gas recorded a 250% rise in solar panel inquiries during this period.
