Supporters attending the 2026 FA Community Shield will see the season's curtain-raiser played away from its usual home. The 2026 FA Community Shield is scheduled for Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on Sunday 16 August. Wembley Stadium's unavailability for pre-planned concerts necessitated the change, with Principality Stadium having hosted the match six times between 2001 and 2006.
