Prime Minister Andy Burnham opens “No. 10 North” office in Manchester

Prime Minister Andy Burnham has opened a new “No. 10 North” office in Manchester, about 165 miles from London. Mr Burnham intends to spend a minimum of one day weekly collaborating with full-time staff at the new office.
