PM faces questions over funding for social care plans.

Prime Minister Andy Burnham is under pressure to explain how he will pay for his spending pledges, as he plans to address the social care crisis next week. The Conservatives accuse him of making "unfunded promises" following several small commitments regarding business rates, energy bills, and bus tickets. The Resolution Foundation estimates his pledges will cost over £2 billion by 2029-30.
