Peter Mandelson ordered to testify in US probe into Jeffrey Epstein links

Former UK Labour minister Peter Mandelson has been asked by US House Democrats to testify about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein as part of a congressional investigation. Lawmakers say evidence suggests he had close social and business ties to Epstein and may hold “critical information” about his network. Mandelson has denied knowledge of Epstein’s crimes. It remains unclear whether he will comply, as Congress cannot compel testimony from a foreign national living overseas.
