French finance minister Roland Lescure has told Britain it can 'come back, anytime', inviting the UK to rejoin the EU fully after Prime Minister Andy Burnham said a second referendum was possible in a future Labour manifesto. Speaking to the BBC, Lescure stressed the choice belonged to British voters, and suggested membership would give the UK a seat at the table on EU industry rules.
