Navy Sailor, 24, Charged Over Secrets For Foreign Power

A 24-year-old Royal Navy service member, Teddy Young from Bedfordshire, has been charged under the National Security Act with obtaining protected information intended to benefit an unnamed foreign power. Counter-terrorism police arrested him on Tuesday. The alleged conduct spans November 2024 to May 2025. He was remanded in custody and is due at Westminster Magistrates' Court today. Police say it is unrelated to RAF Fairford.
