OpenAI's data centre chief leaves as four executives exit

Chris Malone, OpenAI's head of data centres, left the company last week, becoming the fourth senior executive to depart. These high-level departures come as the AI giant prepares for a 2027 IPO. OpenAI is also increasing its spending on computing power ahead of the public offering.
