North Korea provides housing to families of soldiers lost in Russia conflict

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has officially opened a newly constructed residential street in Pyongyang for relatives of the country’s soldiers who lost their lives while fighting alongside Russian forces in the war in Ukraine. State media highlighted the development as a tribute to the “sacrifice” of the fallen and a source of pride for the nation. Photographs showed Kim touring the complex with his daughter, amid deepening ties with Moscow.
