Nobel laureate says Putin can't claim victory after Ukraine war's damage
Dmitry Muratov, Russia's Nobel Peace Prize winner, believes the Ukraine conflict can no longer be seen as a victory for Russia because of the human cost. He highlighted that over a million people have been "ripped to shreds" during the nearly five-year conflict. Muratov also warned that state TV has discussed using nuclear weapons more than 500 times since the start of the year.
