Migrant boat reaches Folkestone beach unintercepted, leading to five arrests
Five individuals were taken into custody and transferred to border security after a migrant dinghy reached the coast at Folkestone on Monday morning, having evaded interception. The Home Office called it an "isolated and rare" incident and has started an investigation.
