London homes much harder to sell than elsewhere in UK

New analysis shows only 42% of homes for sale in London find a buyer, compared to a national average of 61%. London is the hardest place to sell a home in Britain, with Scotland seeing 91% of homes finding a buyer. Rightmove, the property website, said stretched affordability and a large mismatch between supply and demand are the causes.
