Bear Grylls has spoken after Russell Brand was convicted of rape and sexual assault, two years after baptising him in the Thames. The adventurer said Brand's faith seemed genuine then, that judgement belongs to the courts and God, and that justice has rightly been served. He also cannot imagine how hard this ordeal has been for the victims, calling them the heroes of the day.
