Elisha Brabin, 36, and her children Leo, Ellis, and Prudence died in a fire caused by a lithium-ion battery. The blaze started from an electrical event that made the battery go into thermal runaway at their Bootle home on September 22. Firefighters found Ms Brabin and her children upstairs; a fifth person was taken to hospital with burns.
