Rausing family sells $1 billion in US shares
The Swedish Rausing family, known for the Tetra Pak packaging company, has sold off about $1 billion of its US shares. The family's confidence in the American economy is decreasing. They are now scaling back their investments in the US market. It’s the family’s biggest decrease in US stocks in at least two years and amounts to about one-fifth of their overall holdings in the country.
