Iran's Ghalibaf says 'we have good intentions but we do not trust'
Iran's lead negotiator Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said on arrival in Islamabad that his delegation came with good intentions but remained deeply sceptical of American promises. He told Iranian state TV that 'our experience in negotiating with the Americans has always been met with failure and broken promises.' Ghalibaf also insisted that Washington had previously agreed to a Lebanon ceasefire and the release of frozen assets before talks could formally begin.
