Iran team lands in US, peace deal announced

This is the first time in World Cup history a host nation is at war with a participating country, creating a tense atmosphere. Iran's footballers arrived in Los Angeles on Sunday, hours before a peace deal was announced between the US and Iran. Striker Mehdi Taremi said the disruption and tension "undermines that joy" of the tournament.
