Iran says new Saudi, Turkish and Pakistani defence agreement is not a threat

Leaders from the three nations signed their joint military agreement in Mecca on 7 August. Esmaeil Baghaei, an Iranian foreign ministry spokesman, said on Monday that the arrangement shows regional countries depending on their own strength instead of foreign powers. He added that any inclusive plan will help avoid instability and stop abuses by Israel and its supporters.
