Iran executes two men convicted of Mossad spying

Tehran's use of capital punishment in the Iran war is accelerating, according to Iranian judiciary news agency Mizan. Iran hanged Mohammad Masoum Shahi and Hamed Validi on Sunday after their death sentences for alleged cooperation with Israel's Mossad were upheld by the Supreme Court. They were convicted of 'enmity against God' and planning attacks. The judiciary chief has ordered faster espionage verdicts.
