India expands humanitarian support for Palestine, signs MoU to establish 200-bed super-specialty hospital
India is increasing its development help to Palestine, with both sides signing an agreement for a new 200-bed Indian Super-Speciality Hospital. The hospital will have modern medical facilities and a trauma centre, according to an announcement on Wednesday. Palestine's ambassador to India, Abdullah Abu Shawesh, also supported India's bid for a non-permanent seat on the UN Security Council for 2028-29.
