Heavy Rains Cause 62 Deaths Across Kenya

Widespread flooding from recent heavy rains has forced over 2,000 people from their homes, damaging roads, power, and water lines. Kenya's authorities reported 62 deaths in the past week as rivers burst banks and flash floods hit various parts of the country. 33 fatalities occurred in Nairobi, where poor drainage and river obstructions are key factors.
