German Chancellor Merz says US cannot act alone
Friedrich Merz used his opening address at the Munich Security Conference to warn that America's ability to lead unilaterally has ended. Merz also confirmed he has started talks with French President Emmanuel Macron regarding the possibility of sharing France's nuclear defence capabilities.
