Ferrari hires Dezoteux from Racing Bulls for 2026 F1.
Ferrari has added experienced French engineer Guillaume Dezoteux to its technical ranks as part of preparations for the 2026 Formula One regulations. After an 18-year stint with Red Bull’s junior team, Racing Bulls, Dezoteux moves to Maranello to take up the role of head of performance operations. The appointment follows a disappointing 2025 season without a victory, as technical director Loïc Serra leads efforts to deliver a stronger package for Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc. Ferrari has yet to name Hamilton’s dedicated race engineer.
