Ferrari boss Vasseur says team had pace to win Spanish Grand Prix
Fred Vasseur, Ferrari's team principal, thinks his team possessed sufficient pace to triumph at the Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid, even though Lewis Hamilton withdrew prematurely. He explained that Hamilton's brake problem appeared twice in the first two laps, forcing the car's retirement to avoid a bigger accident. Vasseur also said Charles Leclerc's one-stop strategy nearly delivered a win, needing only a second caution period.
