A father has described feeling like his family endured “two deaths” after police wrongly told him his son had survived a fatal car crash. Lee Johnson's family spent weeks at hospital with the seriously injured survivor, then aged 17, not knowing their 18-year-old son Joshua was dead. A coroner ruled on Monday that Joshua, who died on 13 December, was unlawfully killed.
